Foodie’s Paradise – Las Vegas Food and Wine Festivals

Las Vegas has transformed itself over the decades into many different forms: from the mob-driven gambling halls, to playground of the Hollywood set, to Sin City, to a brief flirtation with “family-friendliness” in the 90’s, to its current luxury travel destination with all the trappings the jet-set prefer. One of those trappings is the ever increasing number of fine dining establishments and TV-famous chefs opening everything from taco stands to white cloth and dinner jacket establishments. In the spring and fall each year the Las Vegas weather becomes more forgiving than its regular blast furnace temperature and festivals bloom across the city – many of which feature the amazing culinary options the city has to offer. The food festival circuit is a great way to sample the fare of our city’s food scene from food truck gourmet to Food Network stars.
